As I start to get prepared for my first event of the season in just over two weeks time I realised how little stock I actually have!
Since Christmas, it has been busier with orders than I expected so the idea of ‘stock piling’ after Christmas went out if the window slightly. The realisation came in February that I really needed to put a plan in place to sort this issue out. Alas, it seemed everything I tried to get on top of this failed so the plan ‘stock week’ was hatched.
This has now turned into stock three weeks as I try to sew the orders and get a large amount of stock ready. I absolutely love getting out and about, meeting customers both human and dogs really is just the best part of what I do. Let’s hope now for some great weather this summer and everything will be just perfect.
